As believers in this country,  we need to stop looking at what things could become, and embrace with prayer and support what they are,  in the moment. If an administration proclaims Jesus Christ is Lord, and supports the faith publicly and by policy, then who are we to second guess that?

Church people are so worried about being hoodwinked, they’re holding back support of a president, presidential cabinet, and legislatures, who are on their side because they’re afraid in the end they will be duped. Well, in the end that may happen, but we don’t know that, we do not want to be the reason a government meaning to protect Christianity, begins to turn away from it. There’s nothing worse than being treated badly by people you have good intentions towards. What we need to do is stand up for righteousness, when righteousness is making a stand in the White House, have faith in God. Of course no one is going to be doing it perfectly and imperfect people (who are greatly gifted) are being called upon to work in this administration that has proclaimed Christ as Lord. We need to embrace it for what it is now, and pray that the Lord will bless us with godly decisions that will keep America from being overrun, overpowered, and undone, by evil. We know in Isaiah 60:1-2 that it says: Arise, shine; for your light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen on you. Well who is the light that is come? When Jesus came into this world the day star dawned! Did He not? Is He not the light of the world?

For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise on you, and his glory shall be seen on you. And the Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.

What light did the gentiles come to?

In our timeline that we live in Jesus Christ is risen and he sits upon the throne of heaven at the right hand side of the Father and in our hearts, prophetically speaking we are the city where the LAMB IS THE LIGHT! He was, He is, and He is to come, and that does not replace His physical reign on this earth. Jesus, the King of kings, and Lord of lords has come! He is in us, and will return for a physical 1,000 year reign! We are his body and He is our head, He is the head of the church and He is the fullness of the Godhead bodily. Christ in us the hope and glory, we can’t help but rise and shine! In the darkest of times the risen savior shines brightly through those that belong to Him, through His church,  through his ecclesia! The called out ones. See, the scripture says gentiles, meaning those that are not of the house of God has come to the brightness of Her dawn.  The first Christians were jews, but the jewish nation rejected her Messiah, and then the non jewish believers were grafted into the family, along with jewish converts of Christ the first Christian community. With them we are the Israel of God, who is the Israel of God? Those that follow His commandments.

Romans 9:6-8, Galatians 3:7, Galatians 3:29, Romans 2:28-29, Galatians 6:14-16.

That is a true Israelite.  Jesus said, to all who would, follow me! The Church in the darkest of nights received her messiah. In that passage, it says that kings will come as well! So, we had kings that peered into the redemption story of this glistening bride reflecting His glory, washed by His blood, who bursted out of the darkness and now shines His light in this world. Where Christ through His church then, now, and in the days to come, has manifested His glorious presence in the earth, with great contrast against the darkness that He will soon forever chase away.

In the era to come and even now, we who believe in Him shall live. John 11:25-26 “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.  And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”  He has the keys of death, hell, and the grave.  No one else has that power, we are His when He is in us. Death has no power against Him. So what should we fear? What should we be afraid of? Those that fear are not perfected in love, therefore kindness, and confidence in Christ, cannot shine as it should in all things when we are fearful rather than faithful. The countenance of a fearful person is evidence they lack faith in God.

So we must pray for all men that are in authority. The scripture says that’s our duty. I don’t see anywhere in the word of God that we’re supposed to become an enemy of the state, ever. By example, we look at Joseph, Daniel, we look at David, how they interacted with rulers, kings, and authorities, in their time. They understood the power of God and the placement of kings, they understood that God appointed them to be in the position they are in. He  ordained them to be where they are. They knew that the heart of Kings is like channels of water where God can take it and turn it every which way He desires. He hardened  Pharaoh of Moses’s day to do his bidding. He used Nebuchadnezzar, He used the Persian King Xerxes .

He used Cyrus to fulfill his promises. God is the God of kings! It is not our job nor is it our duty to launch an inquisition and inquiry against those that profess Christ. We love them, support them, pray for them, and if we must we show them the way more perfectly, even Judas was a disciple until he became the betrayer. Christ knowing that still treated Judas as the disciple he was. Live in the moment of the blessing, embrace whom God uses to make wrong things right, even if they fall into the use of the enemy, God is in control. Let’s not treat people with contempt who rule among us endeavoring to pull us out of a globalist one world order. Even if that same ruler delivers us to the threshold of our enemy, we know God sits in the heavens and laughs, for why do the heathen rage? Psalms 2. Be  like Paul, who spoke and acted with respect when he was brought before rulers desiring for them to hear the gospel and receive Christ by the words he had for them. Saying I would that you be as I, except in these chains, speaking to Festus in Acts 26:29 Let us live in the moment with all our prayer and support for righteousness sake. Thank God for those that He’s using now and will use tomorrow. Nothing anyone can do in this world as a ruler has the power to hinder Christ the Messiah and His day. But, in fact, be it by vessels of glory, or by vessels ordained for destruction, we are not moving towards defeat. We are moving towards the return of the King of kings! and Lord of Lords! So whether we have a pharaoh that is in charge like the one who embraced  and elevated Joseph, or we have  one  sending his army to push us into the red sea as was  Pharaoh in Moses time. We win, we always have and we always will. Because, God is in control. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so God surrounds his people, as Mount Zion is in the midst of Jerusalem, so God is in the midst of his people.  Let us then be secure knowing that love and support will not weaken us when secular rulers are endeavoring to bring justice and do right, even if it only lasts a season. All is well in the Kingdom of God, all is well in this kingdom unshakable.

By me kings reign and rulers issue decrees that are just; by me princes govern, and nobles—all who rule on earth.” – Proverbs 8:15-16

“The king gives stability to the land by justice, but a man who takes bribes overthrows it.” Proverbs 29:4

“The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the LORD; he turns it wherever he will.” Proverbs 21:1

“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.” Proverbs 29:2

Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there isone God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. 1 Timothy 2:2-6
