As I was praying yesterday, I suddenly saw this picture as if I was watching a movie above the stratosphere of the earth, rolling from east to west.

I saw that God raised up a voice and it moved above the waters. And I saw the firmament above the earth and above that I saw that there was a voice that moved across the land.

“And it is a voice that will come from a pristine place, says the Lord, “and it will be heard above the noise of the masses.”

I then saw the land below was America. All of America will hear it including the President of the United States, and it will do a work below the surface where men cannot see. In the place of the heart. And it will accomplish the thing that God has sent for it to accomplish.This word will come shortly, it will be planted and it will grow and it will manifest a work on behalf of America, from the Lord.

I remembered Proverbs 21:1

The king’s heart is like channels of water in the hand of the LORD; He turns it wherever He wishes.

Isaiah 55:10-13 (New King James Version)

“ For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven,

And do not return there,

But water the earth,

And make it bring forth and bud,

That it may give seed to the sower

And bread to the eater,

So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;

It shall not return to Me void,

But it shall accomplish what I please,

And it shall prosper in the thing for which I have sent it.

When I saw this voice above the waters, I thought of a voice that will be heard above the noise of so many other voices. How do you see a voice? I don’t know, but I knew the movement across the waters and over the land was a voice.

A clear and distinct sound, a clear and distinct word, so pure, so easy to hear, from a place so quiet. I could see it above the earth going east to west. First I saw the waters and then I saw the land. I wondered in my own mind if this was a word that was going to be a broadcast by satellite?

Regardless, this pristine place is from the heart of God, through His still small voice.
