The greater is the servant of all. Some how we have managed to miss that in so many ways. I’ve never understood how ministers can proclaim themselves as “balanced teachers of the word”. How can the hand preach from the vantage point of the foot, except for its relationship with the foot from the hands account? We see in part, we know in part, only. No matter how genius we think to be, balance comes out of a true relationship with one another, the parts that come together in unity make up the whole, as we mature into the HEAD who is Christ, and become one body. Out of that achievement comes BALANCE! Collectively. What truly disturbs unity, are those who love to be first, forever seeking warm bodies to fulfill their own agenda; subtly, and dangerously, building kingdoms of their own. All the titles, liscenses, and non profit statuses in the world, cannot guarantee anyone legitimacy.
In the kingdom of God there are plantings of the Lord. The bible calls them Oaks of RIGHTEOUSNESS. There are also trees cumbering up the ground that God did not plant. These are works of the flesh, religious works of men, and not of God.
Mathew 15 :13
” … But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father has not planted, shall be rooted up.”
These are the TREES that are coming down, for the good of the faithful, He is doing this, these great trees serve another, and will seem to prosper for a season. But, as it is written judgment begins in the Father’s house. There are two ways to get pruned (to cut away the dead thing). One is an organized appointment. That is us letting God do His work in our lives. Yielding to the inner workings of the Holy Spirit. Whether we are a branch of believers. Or an individual. Another is an unorganized pruning event that gets rid of dead branches and twigs, as well. It is called a storm. The problem with nature’s way of thinning out refuse, is that it is subject to time and chance, cause and effect. To often the good is taken out with the bad, because the volume of the accumulated debri overwhelms the lively growth in natures winds and fires. That is what you call a HOT Burn.
Removed From the Neighborhood of the Dead.
Bad management of our forests create tinder boxes because wild fires were kept from burning to the extent that they should have burned, to clean the unnecessary under brush that builds up when everything is ALWAYS a controlled burn. Similar to our sanctuaries when we do not yield to God in His full work among us, removing from our midst dead works that defile us; to often leaving HIS greatest works undone in the time limits we have imposed on the Spirit of The Lord. In contrast, the author and finisher of our faith who is the greatest manager of all, has called us to purpose, and destiny, that we submit to His appointments, and intents. Discipline. The Lord sets us apart to bear fruit for the kingdom of God. In shielding, and if need, transplanting, and/ or grafting the living from the neighborhood of the dead, that they might be counted among the living, preserving us as a branch unto Himself. A brand pluck from the fire … A living branch removed, grafted back into the living, again. How much He Loves us, nothing can separate us from HIS love.
Romans 8:38-39
King James Version (KJV)
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Apart from being grafted into life, the pruning scenario for dead works is a double edged sword; what is justice for one side of the equation is judgment for the other, our dead works are being called on the carpet, because he loves you and I enough to prune us. For the side of the living it is called a pruning. For that which is dead, it is judgment. Twice dead. Being dead when life is all around you, is one thing, but being cut off from the living because you are dead is quite another.Yet, for us as living branches yielding to God’s pruning is a season of being humbled, reduced down to size. Many of us have lived a bigger life than what we truly are. The Lord is correcting that, adjusting it. He loves us enough to prune us. It’s s a controlled burn. When the fire storm comes kindling it will set our world ablaze around us. With it dead works. In that scenario how much more do WE want to be counted among the living, as well.
Remember He said, “Once again I will shake the heavens and the earth!”
What can be shaken will be removed. Many are presenting themselves before The Lord. They are asking Him, what’s got to go, Lord? They are letting Him get in there with HIs faithful, loving, hands removing the dead thing now. For many He is clearing the land. Rooting up, and plucking up, whole dead trees, are they not the most destructive in a violent storm? So then if you find yourself living in a grove of dead trees, what will become of you? When should the living take leave of the dead? Summer has come and gone, the harvest is long past, and we are not saved. Pruning season is upon us. Yield, to the pruner when He comes calling, and you shall flourish in the seasons of the first and latter rains. Hear The Lord, seek Him if you need transplanted, if you have stood to long in an unfruitful field, for the Lord has said come out from among them, be separate, why should you be caught in the cross fires of Babylonian judgements? The Lord is able to do above measure what we can ask for or think.
Dead Tree Grove
For some of you it may be neighborhoods that are kindling for a firestorm of unrest. If you are in Christ, you are not a dead branch subject to time and chance, but rather God has for you purpose and destiny. Remain close in HIM, that your SUDDENLIES in their appointed times, will transfer you seamlessly to places of rest and fruitfulness, in Him. That you will know the voice of the good shepherd, an ear carefully tuned into HIS voice, for in the day of SUDDEN LIES, you will be able to discern between the two. God in His mercy, for His love for the Bride of Christ in America, is giving the people more time to adjust. A pre-view, of what a bankrupt America would look like was given to us in low dose form to wake those who have put their trust in Egypt, social programs, even those of the Household of God. Rather than heeding the warning, it has become an inoculation of indifference, for many, back to life as usual. Those whose lives were disrupted by ramifications of the economy, need to look at their source and supply. Egypt will fail you miserably. Putting your trust in an unfaithful friend is like leaning against a spear, both will thrust you through. We have been given little time, a pause that we all must use wisely, to set our houses in order, to downsize from excessive living, in order that we might ride the storms of America postured for victory rather than being tossed about like waves on stormy seas.
Daniel 11:32 (KJV)
And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
Luke 12:35-48
“Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning; and you yourselves be like men who wait for their master, when he will return from the wedding, that when he comes and knocks they may open to him immediately. Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them. And if he should come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.” Then Peter said to Him, “Lord, do You speak this parable only to us, or to all people?” And the Lord said, “Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master will make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food in due season? Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes. Truly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all that he has. But if that servant says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying his coming,’ and begins to beat the male and female servants, and to eat and drink and be drunk, the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. And that servant who knew his master’s will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.
